Terms of Service for SM Reliable Transport

By using the services provided by SM Reliable Transport, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking a service.

  1. Services Provided

SM Reliable Transport provides individual and commercial clients with vehicle drive-away and transport services. By engaging in our services, you agree that the scope of our service is limited to vehicle transportation based on the terms of your order.

  1. Booking and Payments

Service Agreement: When booking a service, you will receive confirmation detailing the service terms, pricing, and estimated delivery time.

Payment: All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and direct transfers.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their service request without penalty within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Vehicle Condition: The client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition, free from excessive damage, and adequately insured before transport.

Personal Belongings: SM Reliable Transport is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during transport. Clients should remove all personal items before the vehicle is picked up.

Legal Ownership: Clients must legally own or have the right to transport the vehicle.

  1. Liability and Insurance

Damage: While SM Reliable Transport takes every precaution to ensure your vehicle is transported safely, we are not liable for any damages due to unforeseen events, such as accidents or acts of nature. However, in the event of damage caused by our driver’s negligence, our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our commercial insurance.

Insurance: Clients must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for their vehicle during the transport period. SM Reliable Transport carries additional insurance to cover our liability during transportation.

  1. Delivery and Delays

Estimated Delivery: The delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, traffic, and mechanical issues may impact delivery schedules. We strive to communicate any delays promptly.

Failed Delivery: If we cannot complete the delivery due to incorrect client information or unavailability, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

  1. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise from our services, both parties agree to make the first attempt to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where SM Reliable Transport is located.

  1. Modifications to Terms

SM Reliable Transport reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service anytime. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state where SM Reliable Transport is based.
